In the tabs “Registration”, “Drawing area” and “Digital transition” you can find a few sentences about using the cartographic application, and by clicking on the button “Download instructions” you can download complete instructions with detailed explanations for using and entering data into the cartographic application.

Registration

Campaign participants wishing to enter descriptive and cartographic data into the software application must first register (menu Register) in the same and enter the basic data in the form (username, e-mail address in the password). After entering the required items, it is necessary to click on the button Registration in order for the registration process to be completed. When entering and confirming the password, it is recommended to enter the same take note as with re-access you would not forget.

Drawing the area
The desired area in which the planting was made is drawn by clicking on the button Draw a polygon, which will appear at the bottom of the toolbar on the left. Prior to this step, it is recommended to zoom in on the largest possible view of the area where the planting took place in order to make the entered spatial data as precise and accurate as possible. The process of drawing an area (polygon) is done by clicking on the endpoints of the area, and the formation of the area is completed by clicking on the first spatial point from which the area is marked, after which the spatial area (polygon) will be defined and displayed in blue in the application.
Digital transition

Digital transformation requires an understanding of the importance of using information technology, as digital transformation is a systematic structural change. Management support is a key prerequisite for successful implementation of change. By ensuring the availability of data and encouraging open frendly initiatives, we will encourage the use of useful databases, and encourage education to meet the need for additional knowledge to reduce the risk of incomplete understanding of environmental challenges. Further development of spatial data technologies and digital transformation of spatial plans will ensure credible spatial data , which is one of the most valuable types of data, which will create the preconditions for change.
